This 11-week, 13 session course is designed to provide new supervisors, managers or team leaders and those who aspire to leadership positions with the knowledge and skill needed to successfully supervise and direct the work of others.
Presented by Missouri Enterprise and the Management Development Institute (MDI) at Missouri State University in cooperation with the Meramec Manufacturing and Employers Council, the highly interactive course will enable participants to immediately begin putting their new skills into practice.

Cuba/Bourbon Class
Classes will be held each Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm beginning September 12, 2008 and continuing through November 21, 2008 at a location to be determined in the Cuba/Bourbon area.
Deadline for registration is Thursday August 21, 2008.
Rolla Class
Classes will be held each Thursday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm beginning September 11, 2008 and continuing through November 20, 2008 and will be hosted by Brewer Science in Rolla.
Cost is $1,800 per participant for manufacturers and $2,100 per participant for non-manufacturers.
