We focus primarily on small and medium size manufacturers and we provide access to new technologies, training, and most importantly, hands-on assistance with manufacturing process improvements, quality management and innovative growth strategies. Our clients realize significant increases in customer satisfaction, sales, quality and profitability along with material and labor savings.
On occasion, we require a specialized expertise for a project and we do not have the internal resources available to assist the client in a timely manner. We believe that by partnering with outside consultants (Service Partners) we can expand our services and deliver these services more efficiently.
To begin the process of becoming part of our network of Service Partners, you must first complete a Service Partner Application Questionnaire. Data from the questionnaire will be reviewed and entered into our Service Partner Database which is used to quickly locate and contact appropriate Service Partners when projects arise. Submission and acceptance of the Service Partner Application Questionnaire does not guarantee that an applicant will be selected for project work.
When working on a project, Service Partners are required to sign a Contract for Services Rendered detailing the Scope of Work and the contract Terms and Conditions (Service Partners will be required to carry their own Liability Insurance as set forth in the Contract).
