Jeff Wilkens

Jeff Wilkens serves as Systems Support Manager for Missouri Enterprise. In this role, Jeff uses his extensive background in information security and data management to assist Missouri Enterprise and manufacturers. His broad knowledge base makes him a valuable contributor to clients, with the flexibility and willingness to support various projects and time sensitive tasks. He is eager to support a wide range of projects, including offering training in areas such as data management, information technology, and security.

Prior to joining Missouri Enterprise, Jeff and his family moved from Huntington, NY, where he worked as a Desktop Engineer with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. He began his IT career in Anchorage, AK, working on the managed service team with GCI, Alaska’s largest telecommunications company, as well as the Alaska Native company, Cook Inlet Regional, Inc., where he worked in a variety of IT support roles. He has extensive knowledge of IT support and security for end users and end points. Jeff acquired certifications with Cisco, including the CCNA routing and switching and the CNMO (Meraki). Before earning his degree in IT, Jeff worked at Ranken Technical College as an Admissions Counselor working with students, parents, and educators to emphasize the importance of technical and skilled education. Jeff also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Teaching.
