Missouri IncuTech Foundation, dba Missouri Enterprise is the state’s primary resource dedicated to helping Missouri manufacturers compete and thrive; utilizing both federal and state funding to help accomplish its mission, which is to help Missouri manufacturers succeed. The organization’s vision is to be a trusted advisor and the preferred source of hands‐on manufacturing optimization services in Missouri, delivered by the highest quality staff and a comprehensive network of public and private resources.

Missouri Enterprise is a 501(c)(3) that has been a part of the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership for 28 years. This federal program is a public-private partnership with Centers in all 50 states and Puerto Rico dedicated to serving small and medium-sized manufacturers.   Federal funding from the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST), state funding from the Missouri Department of Economic Development (MO DED) through the Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC), and client revenues combine to fund Missouri Enterprise’s operations.

Missouri Enterprise has offices in Springfield, Rolla, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Cape Girardeau to serve manufacturers throughout Missouri and to understand the varying needs of manufacturers in both rural and urban areas of the state.  The organization’s service offerings have been developed to address those needs and include business growth, continuous improvement, supplier development, sustainability and workforce solutions.

The MEP National Network™ is a unique public-private partnership that delivers comprehensive, proven solutions to U.S. manufacturers, fueling growth and advancing U.S. manufacturing.
 
Focused on helping small and medium-sized manufacturers generate business results and thrive in today’s technology-driven economy, the MEP National Network comprises the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NIST MEP), the 51 MEP Centers located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, the MEP Advisory Board, MEP Center boards, and the Foundation for Manufacturing Excellence, as well as over 1,400 trusted advisors and experts at approximately 450 MEP service locations, providing any U.S. manufacturer with access to resources they need to succeed.
 
In 2021, the MEP National Network connected with 34,307 manufacturers, leading to $14.4 billion in sales, $1.5 billion in cost savings, $5.2 billion in new client investments, and helping to create and retain 125,746 U.S. manufacturing jobs.
