The Leadership Team facilitates effective planning and management of the company's overall operations; engages the Board of Directors in developing strategic direction and performance targets for the organization; and manages relationships and opportunities with funding and strategic partners.

Team members also manage the accounting, investing and financial reporting functions for Missouri Enterprise; and are responsible for the finance and budgeting aspects of Missouri Enterprise’s federal and state grants and contracts.
