Background and Education
Jeff Sterling is an experienced business professional who brings more than 30 years of manufacturing experience to Missouri Enterprise. Jeff began his career as a bench technician for a small startup company and subsequently progressed to positions in most facets of production.
His extensive working knowledge of manufacturing enabled Jeff to successfully move into purchasing and eventually to the position of Materials Manager. His understanding of plant management, lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement later led him to be the Director of Operations at a small electronics contract manufacturer.
During this time, Jeff worked with customers to assure their expectations were being met. He assumed additional sales responsibilities and worked closely with internal company departments and customers to assure on time delivery as well as a quality product.
During the course of his career, Jeff has been part of the management team with responsibility to assure precise and timely deployment of quality management systems and to assure that quality programs that were put into place were fully implemented and being maintained and followed.
Jeff's clients rely on his ability to recognize urgency and to respond to their needs accordingly.
