Ella Snelson

Ella holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Marketing and Sales, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Missouri State University. She also minored in Animal Science during her time at Missouri State.

Ella’s professional experience includes working as an Operations Management Supervisor at Cargill Protein in Fort Worth, TX and Friona, TX, where she sharpened her skills in employee supervision, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ella also grew up on a beef cattle production operation, where she gained hands-on experience in managing herd health and operating various types of equipment. With her strong work ethic, ability to collaborate effectively, and excellent problem-solving skills, Ella is dedicated to helping Missouri’s manufacturing sector thrive through the development and implementation of supplier development programs and services.
