Kaylea Pogue

Kaylea is responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of activities for Missouri Enterprise. She performs duties which require excellent time-management skills, proficient writing capabilities, attention to detail, initiative, data input and analysis, and the ability to handle multiple assignments with critical timelines. She works closely with other team members to meet challenging objectives for issue resolution, user satisfaction and performance metrics.

Kaylea is completing her Bachelor of Manufacturing Management, Quality Management Degree from the University of Minnesota-Crookston. She is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She has a strong background in quality assurance, ISO 9001/AS9100 standards, internal auditing, and the facilitation and coordination of small group quality management system trainings.
