Missouri Enterprise is teaming up with the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership to offer manufacturers who are part of the defense supply chain a low-cost and effective program to help them meet cybersecurity requirements.
Requirements for firms that make up the regional defense supply chain are described in Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7012 and in National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-171. If you are not familiar with both of those, you can google them, or contact the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (see below), for more help. Defense suppliers are not required to participate in this program, but they are required to ensure their company’s Cybersecurity Compliance.

The Cybersecurity Compliance program will be provided by the team at Missouri Enterprise. Missouri Enterprise is the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership organization for the State of Missouri, and is eminently qualified to support Cybersecurity Compliance in accordance the requirements. The cybersecurity program will consist of a 4-hour workshop, followed by an on-site assessment of the company's cyber system. The workshops are scheduled and will be held in Clayton at the offices of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership. The on-site assessment will be at the company's location, and scheduled between the company and Missouri Enterprise. Interested firms can sign up for any of the workshops – you need only attend one of them. If interested, you MUST attend a workshop prior to your on-site assessment. The workshops will be:
September 26 October 17 November 7
All of the dates are Thursdays, and all of the workshops will begin at 8 AM and conclude by noon. The regular price for the program is $5,950 per firm, payable directly to Missouri Enterprise. For the first 25 firms to register, we can offer a discount of $500 off of that regular price. For the next 25 firms to register, we are offering a discount of $250 off of the regular price.
