Yellow Belt Training is ideal for entry level employees and others who have a smaller role in Six Sigma at your organization. This program teaches participants Lean tools using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology. The program is a 2-day classroom event that covers everything you need to learn for the Yellow Belt certification exam.
