R-NetWORC Workshop for Community Leaders

Stacey MarlerBlog

Missouri Enterprise is excited to promote the R-NetWORC Workshop for Community Leaders, organized by Missouri Science and Technology.

Through a series of listening sessions, community meetings, and data gathering efforts, the R-NetWORC leadership team has curated this workshop to address the critical challenges of opioid use and workforce development in rural communities. The event aims to present a comprehensive summary of the insights and information gathered during the listening sessions. Moreover, evidence-based strategies will be shared with organizational leaders, empowering them to initiate positive changes in their respective communities. The ultimate goal is to establish a robust network of organizations dedicated to combating opioid use and fostering workforce development.

We warmly invite you to join us for this engaging workshop, which will take place on Friday, August 11th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The venue will be the Missouri-Ozark Room, located in the Havener Center on the S&T Campus, with easy access parking available. During the event, we will provide refreshments and lunch for all participants.

Please confirm your attendance by RSVP, and if you are unable to make it, we encourage you to pass along this invitation to someone within your organization who might be interested. Alternatively, you can provide their contact information on the form, and they will be glad to extend the invitation to them directly.

We look forward to your presence at the R-NetWORC Workshop for Community Leaders. For additional details about this initiative or to get in touch with Missouri Science and Technology, please visit their website at rnetworc.mst.edu.
